I was expecting a little more from my man Slim. There are a few good ones on this CD, but for the most part this album was generic/predictable R&B.

I thought 112 was a decent group when they were popular back in the 90's and I really like Slim's first single, "So Fly", therefore I wanted to hear more of what he say to say, or sing. I'm glad I took the time to hear it because his finished product is a good one, so hats off to him for a listenable debut! Slim has always had a whiny singing voice and nothing has changed, his voice is still whiny, but his voice has matured some and I'm so delighted.

Uptempo tracks, mid-tempos and ballads are all here. I'm always glad to have that mixture because I grow tired of hearing the same tempo all throughout an LP. Deezo and Yung Berg join Slim on "Heels On." The rappers do an all right job, but the production is what really stands out here. There are plenty of sexual overtones on this track, folks, so beware. "Bedtime Stories" is another sexy track and it surely a standout. "She Got That" is a good uptempo song that has nice lyrics and a hot beat. Slim sounds really good here, too. Slim reminds us of why Diddy put him in a group in the first place on "U Got Me (Addicted)", because the harmonies are damn good.

All in all, I enjoyed "Love's Crazy." I don't know who's brainchild it was to release "So Fly" as the lead single, but that individual was not dumb at all because it's easily one of the album's best songs.

Thank you amazon on this cd. I think a lot of music fans are sleeping on this one, this album is pretty nice being that it's his first solo album. He have the right featured artists on this album with him which makes it that much better.
