REGARDING SOFTWARE TITLES

Software titles and video games purchased from Upped.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment by contacting us at contactus@upped.com.

Please note that these items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap for us to accept the return. We will require that you send us the software/video game prior to refunding so that we can inspect it.

REMOVE ITEMS FROM AN ORDER

In many instances we have had customers contacting us to add or remove items from an order. It is often possible for the buyer to do this through their Amazon.com account.

The easiest way to do this:

1) Go to Amazon.com
2) Click on "Your Account" at the top hand part of the page
3) Select "View Recent and Open Orders"
4) Search for your recent purchase and edit accordingly
